Psychotherapy

Individual and group therapy sessions are offered by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. Psychotherapy services are offered to the public and the community. Teletherapy services are also offered to those that are interested. Our therapeutic approach is client-centered. We will look at all aspects of the client’s life including their emotional health, mental health, and all the systems they are a part of, such as family, work, and/or school.

Session Offerings

Individual Session (Sessions are $150 per hour and $75 for 30 minutes.)

  • One-on-one sessions are offered for children, adolescents, and adults.
     

Couples Therapy (Sessions are $150 per hour.)
 

Family Therapy (Sessions are $150 per hour.)


Group Sessions (Sessions are $85 per hour and run for 8 weeks, 2-6 clients per group.)

Mimi Le, M.A., LMFT, LPC

Mimi Le is our Clinical Director, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor. She provides therapy and consultations for adults, parents, siblings, children, families, and groups. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History from Baylor University and earned her Master of Arts Degree in Family Therapy from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. She specializes in autism spectrum disorder, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, interpersonal relationships, and multi-generational and cultural matters. She also provides parent coaching to support the needs of families.

Psychotherapy Programs

All group family therapy sessions are $85 per hour.

SIBLING GROUP

Group therapy for siblings with a sibling(s) with special needs. This is a process group, and we will utilize activities that promote support and understanding.

ANXIETY GROUP

Group therapy sessions are categorized by appropriate age and level of ability. Sessions will work on broadening self-awareness around anxiety and learning how to better cope with anxiety.

CAREGIVER GROUP

Groups sessions are for parents and guardians of children with special needs. This is a process group where we can learn, share, and evolve to better support our children and each other.

SELF-CARE + MINDFULNESS

Group sessions will be categorized by appropriate age and level of ability. We will learn and practice self-care and mindfulness in a group setting.

STRESS MANAGEMENT + COPING SKILLS GROUP

Group sessions will be categorized by appropriate age and level of ability. We will learn the triggers of stressful situations and how and why we react to them. We will also practice and build on coping skills.

GIRLS’ SKILL BUILDING + SOCIAL GROUP

Group sessions for girls to develop and practice positive social interactions together. Activities will be geared toward empowerment, building self-esteem, and self-awareness.
